PEDAGOGY AND FACULTY

All our teachers are well experienced and come with the right level of exposure. Our educators are not only exceptional teachers but are also compassionate mentors who would look beyond academic excellence. Along with our internal R&D department they would be attending regular workshops and seminars that help them revise and improve their teaching techniques to best suit their student's needs.

We follow Chrysalis Framework-'Helping Every Child Discover Its Innate Potential' and their integrated program called "ThinkRoom".

The Human Potential Framework developed by Chrysalis backed by 16 years of academic and field research, is the first integrated educational framework that focuses on nurturing the cognitive, social, emotional, metacognitive aspects of thinking during the formative years of a child.

Considering an average child spends 75% of their time in a classroom, this framework is integrated into core academic subjects from KG to class VI, making it accessible to every child from any school.

Chrysalis has innovated an academic program for the formative years (2-12) years of a child’s education – “ThinkRoom”.

The Curriculum (pedagogy) is created with a child-centric philosophy.

Chrysalis ThinkRoom though works within the constraints of the school syllabus, but completely transforming the way education is delivered. ThinkRoom awakens “thinking” in a child’s brain, and takes into account the whole brain, not just thinking that is academically brilliant, but while doing academics, they learn social and emotional and metacognitive skills, as the curriculum integrates learning in all dimensions within the context of the chapter being taught.
